The recipe that we bring you today is a typical dessert of American cuisine. It is named for its dark brown colour.
Sometimes, it is covered with chocolate or it may have pieces of nuts inside.
- 300 gr. of black chocolate.
- 180 gr. of butter.
- 125 gr. brown sugar (this amount can be adjusted depending on whether you want more or less sweet).
- 5 eggs.
- 100 gr. of flour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356ºF).
We put in a saucepan the chocolate with the butter on a low heat. Stir until it has melted and you have a liquid cream.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until well blended.
Add the flour gradually to the mixture.
Once this mixed, add the melted chocolate.
When well blended, pour into the mold.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
When ready, let the pan cool 3-4 hours and serve.
