A variety of cupcakes in the shape of Chupa Chups and various flavours.
- 300g Sponge cake
- 100g Cream cheese
- Kelmy White Chocolate Frosting
- Red food colouring, that melt in grease
- Kelmy Milk Chocolate Frosting
- Lollipop sticks
- Colourful sugar sprinkles
At first crumble the sponge cake and add little by little the cream cheese till you get a hard, homogen mixture.
Out of that mixture form beads with 20 - 25g each, so you get 14 to 16 Cake Pops. You need to put those for 30 minutes in the freezer.
The chocolate need to be melted separatly either in the microwave or with low temperature in a double boiler. As soon as the white chocolate is melted, you can add the red food colouring, so you get a pink frosting.
Finally stick the beads on the lollipop sticks, dip them into the chocolate and sprinkel them with the sugar sprinkel just as you like.
