Refreshing homemade ice cream, very easy to prepare with delicious taste.

- Sponge cake
First crumble the sponge cake and mix it with the grated almonds. Whip the cream with the sugar and add the almonds and the sponge cake, cut the strawberries and mix them in.
Whip all with lowest level of the mixer. Afterwards place it for one hour in the freezer. To keep the texture of ice cream, first freez half an hour, then whip it with the mixer, again freez it half an hour, and so on till its creamy. Once you received that, just freez it.
Serve the ice cream with a cookie or in a cone. If you like to you can add more cream or strawberries.
