Like the traditional Cupcakes, but with a perfectly delicious chocolate flavour.
- 100g Sugar
- Dark cocoa powder
- 150g Kelmy Dark Chocolate Glazing
- 375g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 150g Butter
- Red fruits for decoration
Pre heat the oven at 180ºC. Scrambel the chocolate and melt in in a double boiler. Add the butter, within room temperature, to the chocolate mass in two workflows.
Mix eggs and sugar with the mixer, till it is foamy. Add baking powder to flour. Mix eggs and chocolate and apply evenly the flour.
Fill the muffin cake pans with the dough and bake it 20 - 30 minutes. Take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool down and dissolve them out of the cake pan, flour the cocoa powder over and serve with fruits.
