The Pasteles de Gloria is a typical Christmas sweet of Spain, especially in Andalusia.
- Kelmy Icing Sugar
- 250g Kelmy Sweet Potato Stuffing
- Base from Kelmy Oven Marzipan
We put the sweet potato stuffing into a piping bag. Then we devide the oven marzipan in little portions and fill it with the sweet potato stuffing. We shape the pasteles with our hands. By 170º Celsius we bake them in the oven for 10 minutes, ready! Sprinkel them with powder sugar when you take them out of the oven, and if you like some cinnamon as well.
